Humber College Residence

Full replacement of the window wall system along the south side of the west wing of a Humber College student residence, with the east wing scheduled for replacement in summer 2026. The project was completed on time within a fixed two-month summer break window, with no flexibility on final completion. Each floor consisted of a continuous interlocking window-panel-window system requiring exact tolerances and careful sequencing. Work was performed from swing stages while interior scopes, including PVC jamb extensions, casing, and backpan covers, were completed simultaneously, allowing both exterior and interior work to progress in sync and keeping the project on schedule for student occupancy.
