Replacement of approximately 50,000 linear feet of building envelope caulking and 10,000 linear feet of drip edge and parapet cap flashing. The project presented significant logistical challenges due to a dense downtown location, complex building geometry, and limited access. Work was completed using large zoom booms and swing stages while coordinating closely with brick replacement crews and meeting strict performance and detailing requirements set by consulting engineers.
