Full replacement of all windows and balcony doors in an occupied residential building. Beyond the technical installation, the project required detailed scheduling, material staging, and continuous communication with property management and residents. Special care was taken to coordinate work in active living units, manage manufacturer delays, and minimize disruption for tenants in a TCHC-managed property.
